Thank you for your interest in supporting hEr VOLUTION through Community Fundraising Events.

You can design and host your own fundraising events to help raise money for the hEr VOLUTION in order to be a part of making STEM education more inclusive.  These events can be with your friends, neighbours, co-workers, family, or on social media.

These fundraising campaigns also serve the goal of raising awareness about the gender gap in STEM, and the resources that exist for those that may need them.

• It is the event organizer’s responsibility to communicate to participants and the general public that
hEr VOLUTION is the beneficiary of the fundraising event and is not conducting the community event.
• To use the official hEr VOLUTION logo, the event organiser must register the event with us prior to organizing. We must approve all public facing materials that host our logo, name and brand.

All events will be recognized post-event on hEr VOLUTION's social media channels and any events that raise over $ 1,000 will be listed in our Annual Newsletter. Please indicate the preferred event name for public recognition. *
Event Agreement:
I have read hEr VOLUTION's Fundraising Toolkit and Guidelines and understand my role as an event organizer.

I understand hEr VOLUTION's guidelines as they relate to this event and have spoken to a hEr VOLUTION representative if necessary. I agree to submit funds raised within 90 days of the event.

I agree that all publicity (including media releases, print/promotional materials for the proposed event must be approved by hEr VOLUTION prior to being printed and/or released. hEr VOLUTION has the right to request that the Third Party cease use of the hEr VOLUTION logo in connection with the event and the Third Party shall comply with such request.

It is understood that hEr VOLUTION in no way endorses any products or services used in connection with the event and shall not be held liable for any damages, costs, injury to the person or property or any other loss from the event. hEr VOLUTION will not be held liable for any financial losses incurred by the event.

The Community Fundraiser will indemnify, defend and hold hEr VOLUTION harmless from all claims, causes of action and damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the community event, including but not limited to property damage or personal injury or other cause of action of any kind arising out of or in connection with the event.

This event does not represent a joint venture or promotion.
