Below is a sign up to be a professional mentor to CSU SWE students! The program formally begins at the start of fall semester (September) and ends after spring semester (May), although you and your student may decide to continue your relationship thereafter. Mentors will be assigned based on the number of mentees that sign up (1:1 ratio) and the results of this form. You are encouraged to approach your mentoring relationship with honesty, trustworthiness, and an open mind. Sharing highs and lows of academia, industry experience, and more can be invaluable, so it is important that you are willing to tackle those topics if needed.
