A. Club Captain Application
Hooray! We're excited that you're interested in being an A. Club Captain and want to launch a new club. Please make sure to review the FAQ section at the bottom of our A. Club Hub before starting this application. There, you'll learn more about the role as well as some important information you'll need to complete this form.

Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. If your application is accepted, you'll be asked to complete a brief interview where we'll discuss your interest in being a Captain and answer any questions you have about A. Club.

We encourage creators from all backgrounds, mediums, and abilities on the Patreon platform to participate. We find that the most successful A. Club Captains have been on the platform for at least one to two years. Captains who don’t meet that threshold are still encouraged to apply, though we don’t recommend you start a club in your first six months as a Patreon creator.

This could be examples like organizing game nights or book clubs with friends, moderating panels, hosting workshops, mentoring, or taking on another kind of host or leader role in a community you're part of already.
Do you have a club idea in mind already?
What kind of creators do you want to gather? What do you want to accomplish together? Once an application is accepted, Captains will collaborate with the Patreon team to workshop the club idea and finalize meeting details.
Can you commit to hosting weekly or every-other-week club sessions over a 2 month period? *
We recommend that clubs meet 6-8 times on a regular basis to facilitate the connection, support and inspiration creators are seeking in these sessions. Clubs can decide to keep meeting after their intended end date if the group wants to continue!
