On August 2 the Polk County Board of Education voted to make face coverings optional for the upcoming school year.  We realize this may cause concern for some students and families, especially those with specific health conditions and situations.  We are sending this brief survey to get an idea of which families might be interested in a "virtual academy" option for their students.  While it will not be the same as "remote instruction" last year, it will be a way for students to access education from home.  We are still in the process of working on the details, and we are asking for those families who may be interested in a virtual option (right now, given what we know) to complete this brief survey to help guide us.  We know things can and will change.  Those not interested in a virtual option SHOULD NOT complete this survey.  We thank you in advance for completing the survey, and feel free to share with other families.
