Participants will receive supplies and work with an instructor to make a fascinator headpiece.

I understand that a $10 fee per participant (includes HST) is due by April 26 at 4pm.  Payment can be made using cash, debit, or credit in the TVM Art Gallery, or via e-transfer sent to etransfer@blindriver.ca. When e-transferring, please note "TVM Fascinator Workshop".
