Hagley Memorial Pre-Entry - Club teams only
Entries close: 8pm, 25th April 2022
Race fee is $8 per adult and $3 per child club member so adult running teams of four cost $32; U18 running teams of four cost $12 ; adult walking teams of three cost $24, and U18 walking teams of two cost $6.00.
Unregistered runners competing as a community runner, pay an additional fee per athlete of $10.00 per Adult (Grade 18 and over) and $5.00 per Child (Grade 17 and under). Unregistered athletes are those athletes not registered in the 2021/2022 season and those athletes not registered for the current 2022/2023 season at the time of this event. The additional fees above will be added to the Entry Fee.

Notes to the entries:
1. Names are not required until race day
2. A mixed team of men and women (or Boys & Girls) must be entered in the respective men’s/ boy's grade
3. A team with Seniors and Masters (same sex) should be entered in the Senior grade.
4. A combination of Underage athletes will compete in the age group of the eldest athlete at 31st Dec 2022
5. Calculate the Total cost for each grade and sum all of these to get the Total $ amount to pay.
On Race day, AT LEAST 30 MINS BEFORE GRADE RACE STARTS, clubs must hand in their completed entry form and collect their relay numbers & chips. This entry form will detail team member names and running order.
Team entry forms will be sent to club race secretaries once this pre-entry form is received. Spare forms can be collected from the registration area about an hour before the event starts.
