SmartChain West Africa is an international business and trade development established in 2020. We are looking for individuals that are passionate and well experienced in dispatch duties and bike riding to join our partner company to provide delivery services in a safe, efficient and courteous manner to our customers in and around the city of Lagos.

Job Roles:

* Collecting, transporting and safely delivering a range of items to designated locations ensuring all orders are delivered on time, in the right condition and to the right place.
* Determine the best routes taking into consideration to divert traffic congestion.
* Check orders after delivery to ensure all orders have been accurately completed.
* Ensure the delivery bike is maintained in a clean and safe operating condition.
* Follow local and state driving laws and road regulations, and adhere to company operating policies and procedures, and comply with relevant safety standards.
* Complete competency training to be provided by the company in line with the business requirements.

Skills and Competencies:

* Customer-focused.
* Energetic with a strong sense of urgency.
* Good planning and organisational skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Knowledge of road networks in and around the city of Lagos.
* Effective time management skills.
* Ability to work independently.

Experience and Education:

* Minimum of High School Certificate or equivalent.
* Minimum of (2) years of experience in dispatch duties or bike riding.
* Must have a valid Rider’s Licence.
* Must have a Smartphone.
