Brief Job Description
A Calliope sales associate needs to be friendly, organized, confident talking to people, and have good attention to detail.
Calliope is a very busy shop. Our employees must be able to be on their feet, carry up to 40 pounds, and go up and down stairs possibly several times a day.
Calliope is a specialty shop and customers expect our employees to have a level of knowledge about our products or at least have a preference so an interest in stationery and paper goods in necessary.
Usual daily tasks include (but not limited to):
greeting and helping customers
keeping the store clean, tidy, and restocked
picking product to fill online orders
production work like packaging pencil sets and labeling product
