The DLS Permit is for taxi, local shuttle, and transportation network company (Uber, Lyft) drivers and offers exclusive access to designated drop, load, and staging zones on Main Street. Some restrictions apply during major events. Permits may not be issued to vehicles with outstanding parking citations.
