Winter Showcase Participation Form
On December 18th we will be having a Winter Showcase for all our dancers. Participation is not required but encouraged.

Costume – We will put out class recommendations closer to the date. Dancers will be asked to pull from their own closets rather than investing in a new costume.

Cost - Participation fee is $25.00 - this includes free admission for audience members, and a commemorative t-shirt.This fee will be collected via our studio portal.  This fee allows for the studio to cover venue, staffing, etc. You will create an account on using our studio website (if you do not already have one), once this is done, we will handle things on the back end and post your fee, where you securely pay via card. Payment for participation is due Nov. 8th.  All participation fees are FINAL, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

Classes - Your dancer must stay enrolled in their class through the performance to learn and rehearse showcase choreography.

Date – December 18th, 2022

Where – The Windsor Recreational Center - 250 11th St, Windsor, CO 80550

When – Dancers will arrive at and check-in at 12:30pm with the performance starting at 1:00pm

Who – All TDD dancers are welcome to participate! We invite all friends and family to join us for the show!

Please note that the Gym at Windsor Rec Center has limited seating capacity. Feel free to bring your own chair or picnic blanket. ** we cannot block doorways, emergency exits, or performance spaces**

I recognize that my dancer will need to arrive by 12:15 with hair and makeup done and in the costume/outfit as discussed by the instructor on December 18th in the Cypress Room at the Windsor Recreational Center: *
Attendees are expected to adhere to performance etiquette and agree to be respectful during the length of the show. Clapping is encouraged after each piece but please maintain decorum while a dance is performing on stage. Do not block other's from viewing the presentation and please keep all phones and tablets at eye level if you plan on filming your dancer. You may NOT use any type of flash as this can be distracting and frightening.  If you post any videos of choreography aka a dance, please credit TDD.  We also ask that you please tag us in your social media posts. . What size t-shirt does your dancer wear? - Sizes are both youth and adult t-shirts. Fit is unisex.
The smallest size available is a youth XS (4T)

All dancers unless younger than 2 will be held backstage for safety during the show.  We will have staff supervision. They will take a final bow at the conclusion of the show and then we will release them.  Dancers can not leave during the middle of the showcase.
