Dear Parent/Guardian:

If your child is interested in enrolling in the year-long chorus class at Arnall Middle School for the 2020-2021 school year, please submit this form as soon as possible.  The chorus expectations, as they apply to all Coweta County middle schools, are listed below for your review.

Coweta County Middle School Chorus Expectations:
•  Once a student is scheduled for chorus, he/she must remain in chorus for the entire school year. Chorus is a year-long class and students will not be allowed to change their schedule.
•  Students must purchase a chorus uniform if they plan to perform with the chorus.  Prices vary by school.
•  Students are expected to attend all after school rehearsals and concerts. Dates for these events will be given well in advance for planning purposes. For assessment purposes, students may choose to attend a concert or make a recording of their solo performance of the material learned.
•  Students are expected to participate in fundraisers.
•  Chorus students are expected to show mature and appropriate behavior. Due to the number of off-campus events that we sing for, students are expected to display appropriate behavior during class to be selected to participate in field trips. At the discretion of administration and the director, continued behavior issues could result in dismissal from the program.
•  If scheduling allows, students may take chorus in addition to band.
