Apply below to participate in WAVE: We Are Voices of Excellence, a HawaiiKidsCAN Youth advocacy training program that will empower you to make lasting change! What you’ll learn:
-The fundamentals of advocacy and policy
-How to run a social justice campaign
-How to build authentic relationships with peers and leaders
-The ins-and-outs of civic participation

Requirements:
-You must be 13 years or older
-You must attend the first 3 of our 6 sessions including the "Kick-Off" session on Saturday TBD, 2020.

Incentives:
-You'll enhance your skills in campaign management and community organizing
-HawaiiKidsCAN will pair you with a community mentor to support your campaign
-We will link you with key policy makers
-You will have an opportunity to attend conferences around education and social justice issues
