Drop off 325 sets of your flyers/brochures/giveaways and swag prior to July 17th at the BCESC 400 N.Erie Blvd. Hamilton, OH 45011. This will be all collected into reusable grocery bags and distributed in a drive- thru fashion on Friday, August 7th (No food or perishable items). Also email digital versions of your information if you would like to be included in our online database. You will not be present for the actual event on August 7th.

Submit a short 3-5 minute video about your agency to perryl@bcesc.org by July 17th. These will be compiled and available for people to view on a variety of platforms. It can be a professional video that you already have or you can create your own using a smart phone, tablet or computer. If this a hardship, please communicate this and we can come up with a solution together.
