You may use this form to request registration for summer individual lessons (July 8 - August 16).

A dean will be in touch with you, and confirmation of your registration will be e-mailed to you (or snail-mailed if we don't have an e-mail address for you).

Summer Registration Fee: $20 per student (waived for current students)

Tuition for individual lessons: $33 per 30-minute lesson; $47 per 45-minute lesson; $59 per 1-hour lesson ($4.00 additional for lessons/sessions in Suzuki, Early Start Guitar, and Expressive Arts)

Current students may request 4, 5, or 6 weeks (depending on teacher availability); please include desired dates or weeks now if not requesting all 6.

If you wish to register for a CLASS in addition to your lesson, please complete the following: Class, Level (if applicable), Day, Time. This includes Suzuki group and dance classes.
