Thank you for showing your interest in joining KLASS. Joining us is easier now with the help of the internet.

The membership structure of 2021 is as below:
*Individual Ordinary Membership = RM 50.00 per year
*Corporate Ordinary Membership = RM 1,000.00 per year
*Individual Life Membership = RM 300.00
*Individual Associate Membership = RM 100.00 per year
*Corporate Associate Membership = RM 2,000.00 per pear
(Ordinary is for anyone residing in Malaysia. The associate is for non-Malaysians who do not live in Malaysia)

Steps:
1. Identify your membership type. If you want to know more, email at ask@klass.org.my.
2. Once confirmed, please bank in the fee to 'Kuala Lumpur AIDS Support Services Society' (Malayan Banking Berhad-MAYBANK-MBBEMYKL) at 5144 7771 2112.
3. Scan, print to pdf or take a picture of the proof of transfer and keep it standby for last instruction in this form.
4. We will contact you if further information is required.
