Here at Rebel Love Directory we are all about showing off love. So if you have a wedding that you are proud of, or if you are someone who's gotten married and wants to show off your love, we'd love to see if we can feature it on our blog and across our socials.

Please take the time to carefully fill out the below submission form.

Here are some important things to note;
- Once submitted someone will aim to come back to you within 5 business days to let you know if we are able to feature you on our blog.
- If you are anyone but the photographer of the wedding, please make sure you have full permission from the photographer that you are allowed to share these images and please provide their business name so that we can ensure we credit them
- Suppliers - please make sure you have permission from the couple/lovers that they are happy for their images to be shared this way
- You will be sent a set of questions for you/the lovers who got married to fill out once your initial application has been reviewed

Intellectual Property Rights and Licence to use Images & Video

a. You warrant that you own all intellectual and other property rights, title and interest in and to the images/video and or any copy you provide to us for the submission.

b. You also warrant that you have obtained all model rights and permissions necessary relating to the people and the locations or places in the images.

c. You agree to indemnify Rebel Love Directory against any cost or claim by any person arising out of our use or publication of any image/video and or copy you provide to us in your submission.

d. You grant Rebel Love Directory a licence to use such images/video and or copy created on their website, blog posts and other social media posts, for our marketing, promotional, or editorial purposes only. The licence is personal, irrevocable, non-transferable and non-sublicensable. The licence does not allow us to sell the images/video or the copy but does allow us to use them for our own commercial purposes, crediting you as the IPR owner wherever reasonably possible.

e. This licence to use does not otherwise affect your ownership/intellectual property rights to the images/video and or any copy provided.

Real Weddings

We are looking for getting ready shots, the ceremony, the reception, portraits, and detail shots including those of the close wedding party, flowers, cake, decorations, décor, rings, accessories, outfits, beauty, hair and so on, with the focus on the couple/lovers and wedding party.

Portrait/vertical images tend to do better on social media, so these can work better for detail and décor shots.

We tend to keep shots of guests to a minimum and focus on the couple and wedding party.

Please name images with chronological numbers to allow them to sit in the correct order.

On accepting a wedding feature I will send you a questionnaire for the newly-weds to complete for their real wedding report.

Styled Shoots

Please note we don’t tend to share behind the scenes or couple prep images in styled shoot features. Please send a description of the shoot (450 words) and supplier credits, with their website links, as well as their and Instagram handles to ensure correct credit in our posts.

Features are promoted across the Rebel Love Directory social media channels.

Other

We also love to sometimes use published images in round up or advice features on Rebel Love Directory and our social channels and always give full photography credit with a link. Plus give a tag on social media if an image is republished.
