I, the undersigned photographer, hereby grant permission for Friends of Oaks Bottom to use the submitted photograph(s) for the following purposes:
Display and Exhibition: The Photo(s) may be displayed on the contest website, local businesses, social media platforms, promotional materials, and any other relevant channels associated with the contest.
Promotion and Marketing: The Photo(s) may be used for promotional purposes related to the contest, including but not limited to press releases, newsletters, and advertisements. Furthermore, the Photo(s) may also be used in promotional materials, advertisements, brochures, social media, the Friends of Oaks Bottom Website, and newsletters to promote advocacy and stewardship of The Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge.
Archival and Historical Purposes: The Photo may be archived for historical and reference purposes.
Non-Exclusive License: This permission is non-exclusive, meaning that I retain the right to use the Photo for my personal purposes and other non-commercial activities.
Release and Waiver
By clicking "I agree" below you agree to release Friends of Oaks Bottom and their parent organization SMILE Neighborhood Association from any liability related to the use of the Photo. I understand that the organizers will make reasonable efforts to credit me as the photographer whenever the Photo is used.
