FLIP//BOOK is a four-week course, providing creatives with a toolkit to include animation techniques and principles in their creative practice, from 3D to 2D disciplines.

This course is for you if you're a creative practitioner (arts, design, film, etc.) and interested in learning animation and design techniques that can be applied to your practice. No prior knowledge of animation is necessary, but a subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud and a laptop/computer is a pre-requisite.

At the end of the four weeks, finished projects will be displayed in an online gallery with your permission.

This form will help us to prepare adequately, provide free software licenses and resources for those who need them, and help us keep you informed and tailor this experience for your needs.

3. You can be a beginner or advanced in the software being used, no skill levels are excluded, we are tailoring the experience to account for discrepancies in skill levels.

Access to Cinema4D is not a pre-requisite. Limited free licenses to Cinema4D are available and this will help us allocate them as effectively as possible. With an Adobe CC account, you have access to Cinema 4D once you install After Effects.

If you have a valid educational ID you can receive Cinema 4D for free!
