I understand that as a part of the pet adoption process, the rescuer or a member of staff may need to visit my home. 我了解安顿领养宠物过程中,相关工作人员可能需要访问我的家。

Upon bringing the adopted pet home, I agree to keep in touch with the rescuer by sending regular updates videos & photos. 领养的宠物带回家后，我同意与救助人员保持联系并定期发送被领养宠物的更新视频和照片。

I understand that if I live in a rented accommodation, I may be required to obtain written permission from my landlord stating that I am permitted to keep a cat on the premises. I will provide this document at the request of rescuer. 我了解如果我住在租住的房屋中，则可能需要我从房东那里获得书面许可，说明我可以在该处饲养猫。我将应救助人员的要求提供此文件。

In the event that the adopter relocates overseas, i agree to take along the adopted pet with full awareness of the procedures & costs involved. In the event if the adopted pet is lost, the adopter must initiate immediate serious search & immediately notify rescuer. 如果收养者迁移到海外，我同意在完全了解所涉及的程序和费用的情况下携带收养的宠物并同迁移。如果收养的宠物丢失，收养者必须立即进行认真的搜查并立即通知救助人员。

The adopted pet is adopted with the understanding that he will be treated as a family member with care & affection throughout his entire natural life. 领养宠物的前提是他将被视为家庭成员，一生都会受到领养着关爱。

The adopted pet must be provided with fresh water all the time & quality wholesome food twice a day or as directed by veterinarian. 每天必须提供被领养的宠物干净的饮用水和按照兽医建议的1优质健康粮食。

The adopted pet must be provided with routine veterinary care including annual vaccination & medical care promptly in the event of injury or illness. 被收养的宠物必须在受伤或生病时立即得到兽医护理。此外，被领养的宠物会得到年度检查与护理如疫苗接种。

The adopted pet will not be declawed or have their teeth removed as a way to deal with scratch & bite. Declawing is an amputation & causes extreme pain resulting in biting, aggression, inappropriate elimination and spinal and/or leg problems. 被收养的宠物不会以应对刮伤和咬伤为由而被剥夺爪子或去除牙齿。剥夺爪子和牙齿是一种截肢手术，会导致宠物极度疼痛从而变得暴躁或攻击性的改变。此外，还会导致脊柱和/或腿部并发症问题。

Adopter accepts responsibilities & ownership of the adopted pet at own risk and releases rescuer from any and all liabilities arising out of possession of the adopted pet. 收养者承担收养宠物的责任，所有权与风险，救助者免于因拥有收养宠物后引起的任何责任。

The adopted pet must not be adopted for trade reason or for another party. Written consent from the rescuer must be mandatory if the cat is to be adopted to another party subsequently. 所收养的宠物不得出于贸易理由而被收养。如果要收养另一方，则必须征得救援人员的同意。

At any point of time if the adopter no longer could keep the adopted cat, it is to be returned to the rescuer without requesting a fee. 如果收养人在任何时候无法继续收养被收养的猫，则应将其退还救助者，并且不收取任何费用1。
