Confidentiality statement: Your application will be read and scored by members of the San Bernardino County 4-H Scholarship Committee. Your responses are confidential; however, please do not write anything you do not feel comfortable sharing.

Eligibility: Applicants must be between the ages of 17 and 19.  Must have been a 4-H member for at least three years at the time of applying.  Both current and graduate members are eligible.

Administration: A scholarship should be applied to a course of study at an accredited college or university or other approved educational institutions, including trade or technical schools.

Granting of Funds:  A candidate will be awarded only one scholarship. Scholarship recipients must request funds through the San Bernardino County 4-H Management Board by submitting a request for a scholarship that includes evidence that the recipient is currently enrolled in college or other approved institution.  A scholarship shall be used within one year of the date of the award unless a one-time extension is requested by the recipient and granted by the management board.
