No paper form will be needed. Once you submit this form, your spot is on  hold until you complete STEP TWO of conference registration and STEP THREE of giving the deposit is to your parish leader, or, sending it in if you are an individual.

After STEP ONE liability information is completed, please move on with the conference registration online using the information below. You will need to copy the GROUP CODE and GROUP NAME below before visiting link. This information can also be found on the submission page after completing STEP ONE.

2. Search for your group by entering **YOUR** Last Name and Group Name
3. in the blue box, select the row with Group Name: Diocese of Green Bay, WI; individual: BLANK.
4. Click "NEW PARTICIPANT" button
5. Enter the "Group Code" on the next page, and enter all of **YOUR** personal information.

You can register as a new participant. Once you have completed this information, you are officially registered!

If you are attending with a parish or school group, your deposit is now required to be given to your group leader.
