As part of LEAP Sports' Festival Fortnight,  EK Pirates American Football club are offering the following free open sessions:

These sessions will provide an introduction to American Football and fundamental football techniques. 

Participants should wear comfortable sports attire and bring plenty of water. Sports/running trainers or studded boots/cleats can be worn, though only plastic studs are permitted.
