Shining Stars Performing Arts Workshop Summer Registration 2021 (Ages 21 & over)
Dates: Monday, August 14th - Friday, August 25th (Monday - Friday)

Time: 9:00am - 3:00pm 
*Friday August 25th, camp will run from 9:00am - 1:00pm.*

Showcase: Thursday, August 24th (Time/place to be determined)

Cost: $1250  
This workshop is open to everyone including individuals with special needs. If you are registered with DDD, the course can be funded through your Goods and Services budget.

The Shining Stars Performing Arts Workshop will take place at Fanwood Presbyterian Church located at 74 S Martine Ave, Fanwood, NJ 07023. The showcase time/location is TBD.

All Covid-19 protocols will be adhered to as directed by current CDC guidelines.
To ensure the safety of all participants and staff, Covid-19 vaccinations are REQUIRED to attend the workshop.

Masks will not be required outside but WILL be required inside as of right now except when eating lunch and when maintaining proper physical distance. Please refer to our rules in regards to Covid-19 on our website before signing up for the workshop (which will be updated regularly based on revised CDC guidelines).

*Please note*: The Shining Stars Performing Arts Workshop is subject to change to a virtual setting at the discretion of Shining Stars Network Board of Directors. You will be notified if any changes occur at least one week prior to the workshop start date.
COVID-19 VACCINATION POLICY
ALL staff and participants are required to have completed the Covid-19 Vaccine, no later than August 7, 2021. ALL staff and participants are required to upload proof of vaccine by August 7, 2021. If the proof of vaccine is not emailed by  August 7, 2021, Shining Stars Network has the right to forfeit your spot to an individual on the waitlist. All three approved Covid vaccines will all be accepted.

Payment Option ($1250) *
Once the registration is completed and submitted, an invoice and a request of vaccination proof will be sent to you. If you are paying by cash or check, please mail or drop off to the following address: 24 Georgia Street, Cranford, NJ 07016. Payment is due no later than June 30, 2021. If paying using DDD Goods and Services, the Service Detail Report (SDR) from your support coordinator is due by June 30th. If payment or the SDR is not received by June 30, 2021 you will be put on a waiting list.
