All swimmers must complete the following online & deliver the physical in person PRIOR to tryouts*
1. Athletic Clearance online:

2. Deliver a hard copy of your physical to the Athletic Office or the Health Office (8am to 3pm)
3. Complete the PVPUSD participation waiver:

There will be a 15 minute break between scheduled tryout times to sanitize and clean equipment on the deck.
Do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to your assigned time.

REMINDERS:
1. Face coverings (masks) must be worn to & from tryout and it must remain on until a swimmer is ready to swim and put back on immediately upon exiting the pool for any reason.
2. Prior to deck entry, all student-athletes must complete the COVID-19 pre-screen app on their cellphone (
pvpusdscreener.azurewebsites.net) and present the 02-20-21 results (GREEN screen) to the coaches.
3. Must wear swimsuits TO and FROM tryouts. No deck changing, no bathroom changing, no locker room changing.
4. Once on deck, all gear must be placed socially distanced, as marked on the pool deck OR as directed by the swim coaches.
5. Restrooms are not available - so please plan accordingly.
