Please complete the following application to be considered for a scholarship to attend the IASWG Group Work Camp at La Salle Manor from July 30 - August 2, 2020. By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms.

If I am selected to receive a scholarship:
- I agree to serve as a volunteer for several hours prior to and/or during the event.
- I commit to contacting my sponsor(s) within a month of Group Work Camp, to convey what this experience has meant to me.
- I acknowledge that the scholarship does not cover the cost of a student membership to IASWG ($35./yr), which I am required to obtain separately at iaswg.org in order to attend the Camp.
- I am aware that I will likely have a private bedroom, but that depending on availability I may be assigned to a shared bedroom with five other scholarship recipients.
