1 mile = 15 minutes of walking
1 mile = 2500 steps
Goal #1: State Capital-Bismarck, ND 200 miles
You can ride bike, scooter, or rollerblade as long as someone in your group is walking or running. (Wheels travel much faster than feet.)
Siblings and parents can add their name to the tracker too. The more the better.
