Economic Impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19) on the Arts, Humanities, Museums, Film, and Cultural Sector
This survey is designed to collect information about the financial and human impacts that coronavirus has had on cultural organizations. The survey also collects basic information about the participating organizations so that the data can be parsed by specific geographic regions, cultural disciplines, and budget categories.

This survey is co-hosted by Utah Department of Heritage and Arts, Utah Division of Arts & Museums, Utah Cultural Alliance, Utah Humanities, Utah Museums Association, Salt Lake County Zoo, Arts, and Parks (ZAP), and Salt Lake City Arts Council. Your responses (minus personal information) will be shared among these agencies, as well as with Americans for the Arts, the SL Chamber (which is leading the State's economic recovery proposals), the State of Utah, and municipal governments. Because the survey results will also be shared with Americans for the Arts, you don't need to complete both surveys unless you want to.

Thank you in advance for spending ten minutes to fill it out!
