She created the #BlackBlogsMatter challenge to move forward conversation about diversity, inclusion & equity in the workplace. It is now a hashtag movement along with #BlackPodsMatter to encourage sharing of the Black perspective across all genres.

She created the HROI Summit, a 2-day workshop focused on teaching Human Resources how to create framework for equity and inclusion in the workplace thru anti-racist teachings. The workshops are followed by group coachings to help HR pros implement these concepts in their workplaces.

Each month, Sarah produces her 8 on the 8th newsletter to help her followers keep up with all the goings on across the brand.
