SPRING FESTIVAL @ Thompson Farm
MYRTLE BEACH VENDOR EVENTS and THIS & THAT are so excited that you are interested in showcasing your products/services with us at Thompson Farm in Conway!

For vendor consideration you MUST complete this application.  Once completed we will review for qualification.  Once approved you will receive an invoice for payment within 48 hours from This & That to secure your spot.
This application is not a guarantee of acceptance!

If payment isn't made within 48 hours after email, it is subject to cancellation.

EVENT DATE:  Sunday, May 23rd, 2021
LOCATION:  Thompson Farm - 100 Brickyard Place, Conway, SC 29527
EVENT TIME:  11am - 5pm
SET UP TIME:  Starts at 9am (NO earlier)!
 
This is an outside event......RAIN OR SHINE!!   NO REFUNDS!!

Vendor Event Fee - $45 - 10x10 Booth Space (You supply your own tables, chairs and canopy)
Square Invoice from This & That will be sent to email on application.  Payment is due upon receipt!
Payment is NON-REFUNDABLE!  

PLUS a $10-$20 Value Gift Basket Raffle - Proceeds benefit our LOCAL VETERANS.

NO BOOTH SHARING!  One business per booth!

MASKS ARE SUGGESTED.  Vendors will be spaced apart.

Vendor Information/Requirements
*Each vendor is responsible for determining his/her responsibility for collecting, reporting and paying South Carolina Sales Tax.  Contact the SC Department of Revenue for information and requirements.  
Myrtle Beach Vendor Events and This & That reserve the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit or part of an exhibit that they deemed not suitable for event.

This application is not a contract and is no way binding to the event organizers, Myrtle Beach Vendor Events, This & That or Thompson Farms.  
Vendors and participants, by execution of this form, release and discharge Myrtle Beach Vendor Events, This & That, Thompson Farms and anyone else connected with this event from any and all known or unknown damages and/or injuries that may be suffered by any vendor or participants to his/her property or person.  The applicant(s) agrees that Myrtle Beach Vendor Events, This & That, Thompson Farms and it's successors are not responsible for loss, damages or personal injuries of any kind and releases and holds harmless said entities from any and all claims, including any relating to loss or damages to property or merchandise due to theft, fire, flood, storm or other force of nature.  The applicant(s) will abide by all rules and regulations set forth by event organizers and may be asked to leave if non compliant.
