Key information before registering:
By filling out this registration form, you are planning to volunteer at native planting greendot sites on  the 21st of September, a Saturday. The back up date in case of bad weather is the 28th of September. The day will begin when you hop on a plantout bus from 8:30am on wards in or near your suburb, For this planting day, you will be given lunch and an early dinner. You will return to your suburb by 7.30pm or earlier. All ages are welcome, and children are the responsibility of their parent / guardian. Conditions can be muddy. Gumboots or a second pair of sports shoes will be essential.

(Optional question) For this plantout day we intend on transporting all participants with buses for a number of reasons. If this is unsuitable for you, please write your reason below, and we will be in touch about taking your own vehicle.
Section 4. Health & Safety
Personal safety is the responsibility of the participant, or in the case of minors, the guardian. If you have a medical condition please advise the event coordinator by emailing office@kakariki.org.nz. Sites may be steep, rough or muddy and weather may be harsh. Sturdy footwear, practical clothing and hats are necessary.  Participants will be required to read and sign a health and safety document on the journey to the first site and there will be a site specific induction before planting begins. A trained first aider will be on site all day and sunscreen, drinking water, toilets and snacks will be available at all times

Donation towards the running of the plantout day and the trust: $10 per adult, $5 per child.
