On a scale of 1-4, how engaged do you think your child is in the remote learning experience? *

1 - Not very engaged - Doesn't want to join class in a morning.

2 - Engaged at times, depends on the subject or activity.

3 - They are engaged and manage to join, complete and participate in online learning.

4 - They are very engaged - Enjoys participating in either the synchronous Google Meets and activities or completing activities as part of the Async program.

On a scale of 1-4, How would you describe the transition to online learning? *

1 - Very difficult - It all seemed very new and overwhelming.

2 - A little difficult - Using technology and/or changing schedules was definitely a bit of a struggle

3 - It went well - My child is comfortable with using tech or the transition was pretty clear.

4- It was great, the transition was seamless!

On a scale of 1-4, How connected do you feel to the Secondary Remote School? *

1 - Not very - I am unsure of how to contact someone if needed.

2 - Somewhat - I have been able to reach out to the school if I have a question.

3 - I am comfortable in knowing where to go if I want information or who to contact if I have a question.

4 - We are a proud SRS Satellite!

Does your child have a borrowed Chromebook from your brick and mortar school? *

Yes

On a scale of 1-4, How would you describe your experience with the technology attached to the online learning experience? ( We totally understand that technology can be unreliable and frustrating, so we have tried to provide some relatable statements.) *

1 - Technology has been glitchy and difficult to problem solve.

2 - We have had some issues with technology, but have managed to work around these.

3 - On average the technology has been reliable, any issues we have had, have been resolved fairly quickly.

4 - We have been able to manage the device my child uses well, and it has been reliable overall.

Have you required technology support from a staff at Secondary Remote School ? *

Yes

If you have received support around connecting or using technology, how would you rate your experience?

1 - Not satisfactory, I waited too long for a reply or response, and it did not help or solve my issue.

2 - Satisfactory, problem was mostly resolved.

3 - Satisfied - problem was resolved .

4 - Very satisfied, support was timely and informative.
