Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance (Part ONE) Class Registration - SPRING 2024
Thank you for your interests in taking the Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance (Part I) class - SPRING session. Flowers are blooming, let's keep moving!

This program has been offered many times and we always have a great time. We are looking forward to seeing you in class either in-person or virtually! Please fill out the information to confirm a spot in the class. 

A little bit about the Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance Program: This is a modified Tai Chi Program that is evidenced-based and CDC approved to improve your balance and mobility. This is a progressive program, meaning that each class is built upon the content in the previous class. Therefore, we recommend you attend class weekly. 

Dates: March 27 - June 5th, 2024

Time: Every Wednesday from 12-1 PM PST
EXCEPT 5/8 AND 5/15, CLASS WILL START AT 1:30 PM PST

What you will need if participating virtually:
- chair (without armrests preferred)
- open space (to be able to take at least one step forward/backward)
- comfortable clothes
- comfortable shoes (optional, activities can be performed with or without shoes)
