🇪🇺 Welcome to the Y-FED3 pre-registration Form! It is important for us to learn more about you to become an integral part of the Y-FED3 event, where participants assume the roles of political party representatives, lobbyists, or journalists within a simulated European federal state.
👉 Organized by The Young European Federalists - Strasbourg and funded by the Erasmus+ program, Y-FED is an innovative simulation of the European Union, with participants from all over Europe, helping you prepare to be a leader of tomorrow!
👉 It's a week-long event, taking place in Strasbourg 🇫🇷 from the 1st to the 7th July, that aims to promote European integration and understanding. The event will also include a two-day trip to Germany 🇩🇪 where a crisis scenario will take place.
- Monday: arrival of participants throughout the day and beginning of the event at 6:30pm (Strasbourg)
- Tuesday: regular simulation (Strasbourg)
- Wednesday & Thursday: regular simulation at the European Parliament (Strasbourg)
- Friday: city tour of Strasbourg and trip to Ortenberg, beginning of the crisis simulation
- Saturday: crisis simulation (Ortenberg)
- Sunday: end of crisis Simulation in Ortenberg and trip back to Strasbourg (arrival at 2pm in Strasbourg)
📝 By completing this form, you'll provide us with essential details such as your personal information, including your background, experiences, and interests, as well as your availability and commitment during the event.
🚨 PLEASE NOTE : after filling in this form, we will come back to you in a few days to confirm your participation and send you the logistic details for attending Y-FED3, including the payment of participation fees of 60€.
🚨 Your participation is only confirmed after payment.
This fee includes accommodation (6 nights from 1-7 July 2024) as well as catering for the entirety of the event. It also includes reimbursement of travel costs later on, based on 100% of your total costs with a maximum of :
- 23€ if your travel distance is between 10 and 99 km
- 180€ if your travel distance is between 100 and 499 km
- 275€ if your travel distance is more than 500 km
