3. Fill out your class names, letter grades, and points below.
The classes that count towards membership are: Math, Science, Language Arts, Social Studies and Foreign Language ONLY. No points are earned for PE, advisement, or other electives. If you did not take a Foreign Language leave the elective question blank.

4. CJSF points are granted as follows:

     B = 1 point  (includes B+, B, B-)
     C = 0 point  (includes C+, C, C-)

One additional point shall be granted for a grade of A or B in an Honors Language Arts, Honors Social Studies and/or an Compacted Math class.  You may only have a MAXIMUM OF 2 POINTS TOTAL for Honors and/or Advanced Math courses for the entire application.

5. Add your total points to the bottom. You must have at least 8 points if you were in a regular elective (not Foreign Language), and at least 10 points if you took Spanish or Chinese.

Also remember:
     • Current CJSF must reapply each semester for membership.
