Use this form to nominate an Earth, Life & Health Sciences (formerly NSFA) staff member for an award! You can nominate more than one person (use a separate form for each, please). Please consider both professional and classified staff for nominations. ELHS staff have a wide variety of responsibilities, from those working front-and-center with students to those who mainly work solo in background positions. If you think that they go above and beyond in their job responsibilities and deserve recognition of their value to your department and ELHS, please nominate them.

They must have been employed continuously within ELHS for at least one year. It's okay if they have changed positions, as long as their employment in the College is continuous.
