IAM® - Integrated Amrita Meditation Technique® is a powerful practice created by Amma. Practicing IAM helps people find fulfillment in life. Its goal is integration of body, breath, and mind. It is a combination of breathing, concentration, and yogic stretches for relaxation.
IAM-20 is carefully and specifically designed for working people and takes just 20 minutes a day.
It is a suitable practice for people of all faiths; it is not bound to any religious or spiritual belief system.
