Our congregation just celebrated 125 years of worshipping in the Ballard neighborhood. We were founded by an egalitarian collective of Christian believers in the 1890's who believed in "unity, not uniformity"-- we even had a woman pastor in those early days! As part of the Disciples of Christ denomination, we strive to be a movement for wholeness in a fragmented world. We are a church that is open and affirming of gender identity and sexual orientation, and we welcome people of every race, age, physical or mental ability, and gender identity to join us as work to love others as Christ loves us.
On Sundays, we worship at 10:30 and provide robust programming for children and youth. We also host bible studies, a book club, two women's groups, and other programming throughout the week. We believe that God loves you just as you are, and we strive to do the same. We look forward to seeing you again soon!
