Please use this form to request a date to serve as Watch DOG at Chandler.

Please request your date at least 2 weeks in advance so that we have ample time to coordinate with the classroom teachers' schedules and create the best schedule for YOU!
Be sure that you have completed your yearly Allen ISD Background Check at https://www.allenisd.org/o/aisd/page/register-volunteer
Once your form has been submitted, please allow 2-3 business days for us to confirm your date. You will receive an email back from Dawn Horton, Chandler Counselor, confirming your volunteer date.
Watch DOGS volunteer at Chandler from 7:30am-1:30pm. You'll need a plan for your lunch on that day.

Watch DOGS may purchase your own shirt at dadsofgreatstudents.com, but we also have a set of sizes available to borrow if needed.
