“Unified” is a program designed to bring together students with and without intellectual disabilities in a safe, nonjudgmental learning environment. Students interact and learn together. We like to refer to our program as being “Uniquely the Same”.
Our students are all equally engaged in class as peers and form meaningful friendships. Focus is placed on socialization with an emphasis on performing various different physical skill sets.
