Trans Rights Readathon Indie Author Form
The 2024 Trans Rights Readathon is looking forward to offering resources to help authors promote their works. One goal of the readathon is to encourage people in the bookish community to read, support, review, and uplift books written by and/or featuring trans, genderqueer, nonbinary, gender-nonconforming, and 2Spirit authors and characters.

The TRR does *NOT* require that the authors themselves be members of the trans* community. Some of the language around last year's readathon created pressure for authors to out themselves. Furthermore, our understanding of our own identity is not static, and may change over time. We ask authors to be mindful of the readathon's goals and respectful of the community. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the list at any time and for any reason. We've all seen Authors Behaving Badly. Please don't be that person.

The first page of responses is for a listing in our spreadsheet. If you'd like to be considered for additional author spotlights on our social media pages, please fill out the second page as well. We look forward to reading your book!
