We welcome women artists of all disciplines who would like to participate in a film/reading project. Any woman may fill out this form. To be video taped/interviewed you must live, work or have you visited Tompkins County.

The Survey consists of multiple-choice questions and open-ended questions. Thank you for agreeing to take this survey and be part of the Women Artists Have Their Say project. Your answers may be used in the final film/ reading or you may be interviewed for the film. Video interviews will take place as soon as it is safe.The film is slated for late fall.
