The following questions serve as a pre-screening for this program. Because of the high amount of interest and signups from last year, this year we will be selecting a certain number of applicants who apply before this form closes on July 1, 2022, at 4:00 PM ET. Individuals with the most thoughtful answers (bullet points and incomplete sentences are fine) to the questions below, within the word limit, will be considered.
