Thank you for your interest in the Cleveland High School Cheer Program. We believe cheerleading is a rewarding and challenging sport; teaching dedication, sportsmanship and teamwork, all while promoting school spirit. CHS Cheerleaders are representatives of the school, and are expected to adhere to a strict code of conduct, both on and off campus. Keeping this in mind, please read through this contract thoroughly, to ensure you fully understand the responsibility and commitment expected of CHS cheerleaders. Please sign each section where indicated and submit this form before our first practice, although before tryouts is preferred. We look forward to an exciting, productive and enriching season.
