Outdoor Retailer: Featured Product Submissions
Submit new products here for the upcoming season for consideration for editorial coverage in the official publications of Outdoor Retailer. This is a free editorial coverage opportunity.

Brands may submit up to three products. Submit the products in order of priority for coverage. Seasonal specific products of the upcoming season/show will be prioritized over off-season products—i.e. rock climbing shoes have higher priority in the spring or summer; snowboards in the fall or winter.

To update a previous submission simply submit the product(s) via this form again with a mention in the "notes" section at the end of this form. The latest submission of any one brand/product will be considered the most up to date version.

Brands should coordinate with their PR teams/agencies to avoid double submissions.

DEADLINE: EOD Monday, 6 May 2024. No need to re-submit if a product has not been featured. All submissions will continue to be considered. However, not all submissions will be included.

Please provide the URL to a folder of your images to go with the submitted products. Our preference is an OPEN ACCESS GOOGLE DRIVE FOLDER (anyone with the link can view & download). You can also use Dropbox or Box. Be sure the folder is available to anyone with the link (not shared with specific addresses). DO NOT use WeTransfer or any service that forces downloading the entire folder or that expires. Images should include the product on a WHITE OR TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND as a flat lay or on a ghost mannequin. Illustrations and lifestyle images are discouraged. High-resolution print ready image files should be around 2mb (MINIMUM 300dpi printed at 5 inches on the long side). JPG/JPEG and PNG are the ideal file formats; no PDF files. For each product, preferred file naming format is: "brand_productname1.jpg", "brand_productname2.jpg", etc.
