Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Applicable artisan fees shall be due upon acceptance to the event. In order to reserve your event space, please pay the invoice sent in notification of acceptance within (7) days of acceptance. If your payment is not received, your space will be forfeited and given to another applicant.

Vendors are required to supply their own canopy style tents. Weights are MANDATORY on all four legs. Stakes are also highly recommended as it can be windy on the farm. Vendors must supply their own tables and chairs. Vendors are also required to supply their own trash cans if they will produce trash, and bring all trash out with them.

Upon arrival, please check in with the Event Coordinator to receive your booth assignment. Booth assignments are set prior to festival date and NO CHANGES will be made day of the festival.

No electricity is available to artisans and there is no WiFi on the farm, so keep this in mind for payment options you want to offer your customers. Vendors are solely responsible for their own transactions and the collection of any applicable state or federal sales taxes.

Vendors are responsible for their booth and all items within. Vendor booths must be manned at all times throughout the duration of the event. Participants may not impair other artisan spaces with signage and all display items and products must remain within vendor's assigned booth space. You may bring one other person to assist you at the event. Additional guests will be required to purchase a ticket to the event.

Vendors are responsible for the full set up and breakdown of their booths. This is a carry in, carry out event, ALL trash must be removed from within and around your space. This is a carry in / carry out festival- you do not have access to dispose of trash in any dumpsters or receptacles on property). Full setup / breakdown instructions will be provided upon acceptance.

Vendors are responsible for conforming to all federal, state, and / or local laws and regulations pertaining to the product(s) being sold at this event.

During the festival, all vendors are representing the host and the venue of this event. It is important for vendors to recognize this and conduct themselves in a such a way that respects these parties. Any violation of respect, misconduct, or disturbance of the peace will result in immediate loss of all future opportunities with Milk Room and WachuMakin.

Vendors are REQUIRED to promote their event participation on all social media platforms. Please tag us on FB @milkroombrewingcompany and IG @milkroombrewing and @WachuMakin use the hashtag #juicefest2022 in all marketing efforts. Event Coordinator will promote events via methods such as; marketing posters / fliers, social media, email marketing, etc. It is REQUIRED that all participants assist in these efforts as to generate the most foot traffic possible and increase sales for all!

Please note that Milk Room and all vendors will comply with all town, city, state + federal requirements. If you have COVID19, were exposed, or feel sick, PLEASE do not come to this event as a artisan or customer and notify us of this change. Vendor payment for their space confirms agreement that the Town of Rutland, Milk Room, WachuMakin and staff associated are not liable for any claims, penalties, loss, damage, or expenses out of or in connection to this event. Refusal to adhere to the information provided in this document could result in inability to take part in future events.
