-Day-to-day culinary operations
-Coordinate food orders
-Assist in the development of menu items
-Standardize recipes and plate presentations
-Work with team to create a memorable experience for guests

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND EXPECTATIONS

Greet customers with a friendly smile and take beverage & food orders.
Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and/or cooking methods.
Prep food & stock supplies. (There is not much cooking with our concept)
Keep kitchen and working areas clean
Be on time
Desire to serve others
Flexible and adaptable
Able to multi-task
Detail orientated
Enjoy fast paced environments
Must have or be willing to get Current Food Handler's Card

Shifts are generally 10-4:30 unless you are wanting to work on the food truck and those shifts will vary. As you may already be aware food truck events are generally Friday, Saturday, & Sundays when events happen so if you want to work the food truck you have to be available for weekends. :)
