If you are aware that your son or daughter currently has support from the SENCO at their primary school, please could you and your child complete the following student profile identifying the key information below:

Please write about your hobbies and interests

Please write about your hopes and dreams for the future

Please outline the things you find difficult at school

Please state what you are good at and what people admire about you

Please state what is important to you about school and home

Please list some of the ways you think school can help you
