The cost of these sessions is $55 for 10 hours of training credit. You will only be attending 6 hours of online training - the other 4 hours is for work done on your own. Please indicate how you would like to pay your registration fee:

Registration can be canceled with a refund up to one calendar week prior to the training date (e.g., if the training is on a Tuesday, cancelation would need to be received the Tuesday before in order to receive a refund.)
Please do your best to sign-in/arrive to training on time. Sign-in/arrivals after 15 minutes of the session start time may result in adjusted training hours.
Certificates for live trainings are provided at the training. For on-line trainings, certificates will be emailed by no later than 10:00am the morning after the training.
Participants will need to upload or send their certificates to the Oregon Registry (
my.oregonregistryonline.org/
).

The ability to have audio and video participation is required for these online trainings. If you have a reason why you cannot be on camera, you agree to let the facilitator know ahead of time.
