Host a tent:
A great way to showcase your business or organization, or just support your community. We need groups/businesses/families/neighbors, etc. to decorate a 10x10 pop-up tent and provide candy/giveaways.

Tent Decorators:
We will supply the decorations and tents, you supply the creativity in decorating. 12-3 pm on Saturday, October 30.

Tent Attendant:
From 3:30-7pm Saturday, October 30 Hand out candy/giveaways at a pre-decorated tent. Perfect for families or small groups.

Carving Volunteers:
Sign up for time slots to carve pumpkins for our extra-large pumpkin display in the weeks leading up to 10/30. Shortly after your submission of this form, you will receive an additional email to sign up for your carving slot.

Night of help:
Assist in managing the event entrance, directing participants through the trick or treat stations, or providing general event support.

Financial donor/sponsor:
Provide financial support for the event or physical items, such as candy and giveaways.
