The impact of counterterrorism measures on societal groups as a human rights issue
Join us for this event exploring how counterterrorism measures affect particular social groups and the role of rights protection mechanisms for addressing those impacts. Expert guests Prof. Patricia Wiater (University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany) and Charlotte Jawurek, Visiting Scholar at the Human Rights Center, will discuss their ongoing research on these questions in the context of Germany and the European Union. We will also consider the similarities and differences with the context in the US.

This event is free and open to all, but registration is required. Light lunch provided.
